Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Ezlist app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Ezlist is a listing management assistant that helps you create and publish product listings using artificial intelligence. The app analyzes product photos and generates listing content (title, description, price suggestions, category, tags) which can then be published to one or more of the following platforms on your behalf:

• Facebook Marketplace — using your Facebook account session.
• eBay — using an authorized OAuth connection to your eBay seller account.
• Etsy — using an authorized OAuth connection to your Etsy shop.

You choose which platforms to publish to. Connecting a marketplace is optional and can be revoked at any time.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Ezlist.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings you publish.
• You must comply with the Terms of Service, Community Standards, and listing policies of each marketplace you use:
  • Facebook Marketplace Commerce Policies
  • eBay User Agreement and eBay Selling Policies
  • Etsy Terms of Use and Etsy Seller Policy
• You must not use Ezlist to publish illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, or prohibited items on any platform.
• You must have the legal right to sell the items you list.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any connected marketplace accounts.
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders, managing returns, and complying with buyer communications on eBay and Etsy.

3. Third-Party Marketplace Connections

When you connect your eBay or Etsy account through Ezlist, you authorize us to perform listing actions on your behalf via each platform's official API. This authorization is limited to the specific permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in the app or through your eBay or Etsy account settings.

Ezlist is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. or Etsy, Inc. Any issues related to your eBay or Etsy seller account, transaction disputes, or policy violations must be resolved directly with those platforms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ezlist to:

• Publish listings for prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products on any marketplace.
• Spam, post duplicate listings, or engage in listing manipulation.
• Misrepresent the condition, price, authenticity, or nature of products.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Circumvent any marketplace's detection systems or automated safeguards.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Ezlist app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Edwin Sosa Blanco. You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and listing content solely to generate and publish listings on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ezlist is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Listings will be published successfully on any marketplace.
• Facebook, eBay, or Etsy will not flag, remove, or reject listings.
• AI-generated listing content will be accurate, complete, or optimal.
• The service will be available at all times or free of errors.
• OAuth connections to eBay or Etsy will remain active without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezlist and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Account suspensions or restrictions on Facebook, eBay, or Etsy.
• Listing removals or policy violations on any marketplace.
• Losses arising from incorrect AI-generated listing content.
• Delays or failures in publishing due to marketplace API outages.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your OAuth connections to eBay and Etsy will be revoked and all stored tokens will be deleted. You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
